SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unusual disruptions (ie. large volume orders or pandemics), please expect delays.

*We offer free standard shipping on ALL orders and free 2-Day shipping on all orders over $100.  High volume orders will slow production and shipping speeds.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Orders will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Please check your junk folder if you do not see your confirmation.

Customs, duties, and taxes

UNITY Collab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

UNITY Collab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. And it’s always best to take a picture of the box/package if you see damage on it.

RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all items ie. dust bag, charm, straps and insert clutch.

To request a return or exchange, please e-mail info @ unitycollab .com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Upon approval from a member of our team, we will email you a shipping label to return your order. Please include your order number in the package to prevent any delays in processing your return/exchange. 
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective, or was processed incorrectly. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective. Shipping will not be refunded for carrier mistakes.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at human@clearunitybags.com and click the link below for your free return label.  


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
